After leaving teaching, we made a decision as a family — we wanted to travel more, earn through doing what we love, and help others create the same magical memories that our other businesses are built around.
Sharing magical moments that stay for a lifetime is at the heart of everything we do. Life is about living — and we believe every family deserves more of those moments.
After having four children, all four and under, we knew things needed to change. We needed more time, more freedom, and more of life. Seal Escapes was born from that moment.

Earn 8–20% commission on every holiday you book — flights, hotels, cruises, packages and more. Commission is paid weekly, giving you a consistent regular income from day one.

Earn £50 every time someone joins your team personally. When someone in your team signs up a new member, you earn £25. Your income grows as your network grows — even while you sleep.

Earn $4 every single month for every person in your downline — forever. The bigger your team, the more you earn passively each month without doing anything extra.

Reach Gold rank (9 personal sign-ups) and earn 10% on all your frontline team's bookings plus an extra $10 per sign-up. Can I do this part-time? +
Absolutely. Many agents work around teaching, parenting and other jobs. No targets, no fixed hours. You work at your own pace.
When and how am I paid? +
Both income streams pay weekly. Travel commissions are paid after the holiday has taken place — so you earn every week as your clients travel. The marketing side (sign-up bonuses and residuals) is also paid weekly. Director bonuses are paid on the 1st of every month. It all adds up quickly once you get going.
What can I book and earn from? +
Everything — flights, hotels, cruises, packages, transfers, car hire, excursions, safaris, ski, UK breaks, Lapland, weddings, honeymoons and more.
What if I change my mind? +
No contract whatsoever. Cancel at any time with no penalty.
Do I need a big social media following? +
Not at all. Word of mouth works just as well. Social media training is available whenever you're ready but it's not required.

No experience needed. Full training provided — live webinars, supplier training and destination courses. Plus personal mentorship from Jade.

What are the costs? +
£156 one-off enrolment and £46 per month. No hidden costs, no contract — cancel any time.
When are commissions paid? +
Every Wednesday — 30-60 days after travel completes. 70% commission, rising to 80% at £3,500 in total earnings.
How do I know my holiday is secure? +
We never accept cash. All payments go via secure links directly to the supplier. All bookings are fully ABTA and ATOL protected.
